E21 announces its intention to change its name to American Rare Earths & Materials.

American Rare Earths & Materials will change the positioning of the company and expand its presence in Rare Earth materials for the industrial marketplace — building on its expertise in Rare Earth scandium alloys and other advanced science.

The expansion into the industrial marketplace for American Rare Earths & Materials will include:

  • Distribution of Rare Earth metals
  • Development of related chemical products
  • Development of super alloys

These super alloys will include applications for the following key industries:

  • Consumer electronics
  • Transportation and logistics
  • Shipbuilding
  • Power transmission
  • Automotive industry
  • Aerospace
  • Other industrial applications

E21 enters into a Trademark License and Product Distribution Agreement with Zeroloft Corp. for the field of sport wear apparel, footwear and related sports specialty items.

The ZeroLoft Aspen Aerogels™ insulation is a nanotechnology-based insulation composed of over 90% air. The new technology is a highly effective insulator with the lowest thermal conductivity of any solid and extremely strong, durable, and flexible material. The technology provides a revolutionary compression-resistant, breathable and waterproof insulation and minimum weight and thickness.

E21 announces that Russell Outdoors, a division of Russell Brands, will debut several hunting apparel products together with E21. The products will feature the Zeroloft Aspen Aerogels™ insulation technology.

E21 announces that Hanesbrands Inc. will debut cutting edge apparel together with E21. The products will feature Zeroloft Aspen Aerogels™ insulation technology as part of a new series of products from Champion Apparel and E21.

The Company generates $4,008,633 in revenues.

The Company is ranked #1 as the Fastest Growing Company in Canada by Profit Magazine with three-year sales growth of 1918% and worldwide distribution.

Number of retailers carrying E21 consumer products including the award-winning Carrot Stix fishing rod reaches 370 including Bass Pro, Cabelas, Academy, West Marine, Sportsman's Warehouse, Gander Mountain; and Distributors — Big Rock, Farris Brothers, Pitman Creek, Patches, Bishop, Hicks and Sports Supply.

E21 introduces new fishing rod guides made out of the Rare Earth metal scandium. Scandium guides are significantly lighter than steel and titanium currently used in the industry.

E21 launches a national infomercial campaign promoting the revolutionary technology and performance of its line of cutting edge golf club hybrids featuring multiple PGA Tour winner and commentator Roger Maltbie; renowned golf instructor Rick Smith; and former PGA Tour regular and TV host Frank Nobilo.

The Company generates $1,841,370 in revenues.

E21 expands the number of fishing rod SKUs from 15 to 89.

E21 establishes a team of fishing pro staffers including: Boyd Duckett, the 2007 Bassmaster Classic Champion; Henry Wazczuk, host of the popular Fins and Skins and Fishing the Flats series; Russ Lane, a widely recognized celebrity angler; Jeff Reynolds, a skilled angler with general celebrity status; Peter Savoia, 2003 Canadian Classic Champion and 2nd place finisher in the 2007 Bass Pro Shops Lake Simcoe Open; Gaspare Costabile a fishing veteran featured on many sports networks.

E21 shafted golf clubs being used and played on all three men's Professional Golf Tours: The Nationwide, The PGA and The Champions Tours.

The Company generates $228,599 in revenues.

E21 enters the recreational fishing equipment marketplace. E21 applies advanced nano-technology and cellulose bio-fibers and other leading-edge technologies and launches a new line of fishing rods (CarrotStix) at the ICAST event.

The new E21 fishing rods win first place in: (1) Best Salt Water Rod; (2) Best Fly Rod; and (3) Overall Best Product at the ICAST annual event.

E21 introduces a new line of game improvement irons named EMC2. Golf Digest Magazine reviews the E21 EMC2 Rare Earth Scandium Irons calling the new product revolutionary.

The E21 Eagle One shaft makes its first appearance on the PGA Tour.

E21 irons and hybrid clubs win the Player's Choice Awards from Golfing Magazine.

Number of retailers carrying E21 products reaches 250 including PGA Tour Super Stores, Golfers' Warehouse, Edwin Watts, Golfsmith, and others.

Russian cosmonaut Mikhail Tyurin successfully hits a golf ball in space. Tyurin hits the ball off of the orbiting International Space Station using an E21 gold-plated 5 iron made from the E21 patented Rare Earth scandium alloy.

The golf ball continues to orbit earth in what is considered the world's longest drive. The event generated millions of website hits worldwide, widespread television coverage and editorial coverage in over 100 major newspapers and magazines.

E21 begins marketing full iron sets to retailers and golf pro shops.

E21 entered into an agreement with The GolfWorks for the sale of the Company's Rare Earth scandium metal shafts for irons, utility clubs and wedges.

E21 establishes a strategic relationship with Pan Osprey, a Chinese manufacturer of OEM golf equipment specializing in high-end golf clubs. Pan Osprey begins to manufacture a full line of clubs with proprietary designs from E21 including drivers, fairway woods, a full range of irons, wedges, hybrid clubs and putters.

E21 announces full implementation of a new Linear Forging Process, a proprietary method utilized in the mass production of scandium golf shafts.

The new process elongates the metals grains with the least dimensional change to design and provides improvements in aligned straightness of the golf shaft.

E21 trademarks the new SHOCKBLOK™ scandium technology that provides health benefits to joints in the hands, elbows and backs of golfers.

E21 develops a unique vertical integration capability beginning with the extraction of pure Scandium to final product production. This includes strategic relationships with mining and production and processing facilities throughout the world including Kamensk-Uralsky Metallurgical Works Joint Stock Company (OAO KUMZ), based in Russia. Strategic relationship involves the production of concentrated Rare Earth scandium alloys produced to specification by KUMZ exclusively for E21.

Prototypes of the first E21 products, a mid-range iron combined with several flex strength shafts, were produced and tested.

The E21 Rare Earth scandium alloy shaft was accepted as complying with the rules of golf by the United States Golf Association.

The Company acquires 100% of the outstanding common stock of Element 21 Golf Company, a recently formed Delaware corporation. The acquisition was accounted for as a "reverse" acquisition since the shareholders of Element 21 Golf Company owned a majority of the outstanding stock of the Company immediately following the Acquisition. Following the Acquisition, the Company changes its name to Element 21 Golf Company.

The new Company acquires from Dr. Nataliya Hearn and other consultants the exclusive right to use, produce and sell a series of Rare Earth scandium aluminum alloys (The E21 Alloy).

The exclusive license to produce and sell the E21 Alloy for golf club shafts and golf heads is founded on two US patents (scandium alloy US Patent #5,597,529 and sports applications — US Patent #5,620,652.).

Element 21 Golf Company (E21) mission is established to design, develop and bring to market golf club shafts and golf heads made from the patented Rare Earth scandium alloy licensed exclusively to the Company. E21 will also look to develop other products, science, and innovations.
